ALZIARI, A FAMILY TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE

PRODUCING OLIVE OIL SINCE 1868

Nicolas Alziari is simultaneously an olive producer, with over 60 hectares of land on the Côte d’Azur, a miller, with two olive oil mills, and a preserver, and perpetrates an ancestral know-how, producing and selecting unique varieties since 1868.

Maison Alziari, which was bought by the Piot family in the 90s, is now the leading producer in the region – in terms of consolidated turnover and number of olive trees exploited – with work carried out all year round, largely by hand on terraces.

In spite of its success, Nicolas Alziari has remained a small family structure with some twenty employees, whose priority lies on product quality and client satisfaction.
