A Côte d’Azur France culinary creation created and prepared in collaboration with Mauro Colagreco, the Chef at Le Mirazur Restaurant in Menton, who was awarded three stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide and was selected as best restaurant in the world in 2019.

Saint-Michel oil-mill fragranced oils are made with carefully selected fresh plants which have been macerated in extra virgin olive oil, with no additives or preservatives.

The extraction technique used extracts the plants’ subtle flavours while preserving the richness of our olive oil.

Our partner producers select the best plant varieties, which are harvested daily through the seasons to preserve taste and freshness and release all their flavours.

Today, our oils are internationally renowned and can be found on the tables of world-famous restaurants in Paris, in Belgium, in Florida, in Macao, in Thailand and in Greece. Because we like to surprise and satisfy our clients, we choose to stand out through the quality of our products.
