During the workshop, you’ll discover nine essences: fresh and hesperidic notes (citrus fruits, aromatics) to create a light eau de toilette, ideal for the summer. Some of these essences are familiar to us, others less so and when you smell them, you discover some totally unexpected facets. This sensory experience will make you explore your senses and undoubtedly activate some long forgotten memories that you will remember with pleasure thanks to your olfactory memory. Creating a perfume at the heart of a historic Grasse perfumery right next to the perfumer’s organ gives this workshop some added charm. I highly recommend it!

CREATE YOUR OWN PERFUME IN GRASSE WITH FRAGONARD

The « Apprentice Perfumer » workshop, lasting 1½ hours, is run by a perfume professional at the historic Grasse factory.
On the program for the workshop:
• History of perfumery, origin of the raw materials.
• Discovery of the raw materials and essences in the perfumer’s organ.
• Explanation of the olfactory pyramid: top notes, middle notes and base notes.
• Awakening your senses and your olfactory memory
• Personalizing your Eau de Cologne with the 9 essences available.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your creation in an elegant personalized 100 ml bottle, a diploma signed by the teacher and your apprentice apron printed « Fragonard ».
This service – you have to book in advance – includes a guided tour of the historic factory and costs €69 per person.
