Selected young designers are invited to present their work to a jury of internationally renowned designers. The competition takes place from June 27 to 29, and their work is then exhibited throughout the summer.
The festival is founded and directed by Jean-Pierre Blanc. Created in 2006, Design Parade Hyères aims to share contemporary design with the public and professionals alike. At the heart of the event is the competition, which presents ten young designers each year, offering them a unique showcase and support. The festival is also a time for sharing, meeting and discovery.
