Beltane marks the beginning of the warm season and is symbolised by the element of fire, which represents the rising power of the sun and renewal.
8 June also corresponds with Pentecost, which celebrates the Holy Spirit descending on the apostles in the form of a tongue of fire.
The theme of fire is therefore very present, and we'll be exploring it through our bodies, our breathing and our meditations.
