For 15 days, some forty restaurateurs, food professionals, producers, farmers and craftsmen from the Cannes area will be working together to promote the region's gourmet identity, presenting authentic, home-cooked Cannes cuisine featuring the flavours of the region.
The 9th edition of this event is presided over by Christian Sinicropi, a native of Cannes, and this year's patron, Guillaume Arragon, chef-restaurateur at ‘La Rotonde’ in Mandelieu.
