In the 1960s, Roger Kasparian immortalised music and film icons such as Johnny Hallyday, the Beatles and Catherine Deneuve.
At the age of 20, Kasparian dreamt of photographing Charles Aznavour, a symbol of success for young Armenians in France. He fulfilled this dream in 1960 at a concert at the Alhambra, capturing intimate moments from the singer's career.
