We also use bark and palm mantles collected from gardens during pruning. Most of the materials used are salvaged: fabric, wood and metal (linen, wool, rope, thread, E.D.F. reels, reinforced concrete frames and rusty wire, old grain sieves... ).
The supports vary, but the gestures are the same: embroidery, knotting, lacing, hanging, pleating, fraying... All these gleaned objects recompose a dreamed-of family by unwinding the skein of a story.
