Oceanic Sentiment is a four-day festival designed to mark the Year of the Sea and the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference, a major global event that will bring together heads of state and government from around the world in Nice.

In this decisive context, COAL is highlighting committed artists whose works reflect the richness and diversity of the largest ecosystem on Earth during four days of a rich program combining exhibitions, performances, workshops, and meetings. With the support of the Pythéas Observatory of Universe Sciences, the festival's scientific partner, oceanologists and seabed conservationists will also be present.
