In 2025, the festival will give pride of place to local agriculture, with a promotion of the attractiveness of professions working on agricultural exploitation and the promotion of food production.
On the Promenade du Paillon, Bourgada section, the City of Nice is showcasing all the professions and stakeholders in the agricultural world, its producers and artisans, with their products and expertise, during a major urban agriculture festival organized as part of the San Bertoumieu festival!
Exhibitors include: Le Goût de Nice, the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis and the City of Nice, vegetable garden associations, AMAPs, and AgriBio06, Terre de Liens, the Alpes-Maritimes Chamber of Agriculture and Campus Vert d'Azur (CFPPA & Antibes Agricultural-Horticultural High School), the scientific organization SEMIDE, and a Naturarium specializing in educational chicken coops.
Agricultural issues will be addressed from various angles: from initial training to the implementation of agricultural projects, then their operation, and finally the processing and consumption of produce.
Many renowned figures and institutions in their fields will also be present: the Alpes-Maritimes Chamber of Agriculture, the Central Kitchen of Nice, the Maison des Semences Maralpines, Serge ZAKA, French agroclimatologist, the Campus Vert d’Azur in Antibes, etc.
