Sophrology is inspired by several practices, including hypnosis, yoga and Zen, which in ancient Greek means The Science of the Harmonious Mind.
This method will enable you to reconnect with yourself, regain your self-confidence, serenity, energy and physical and mental well-being in your daily life, as well as in the upheavals and events of life. The aim is to stimulate your internal capacities and resources to re-establish a balance between your body and your mind.

One price

From 40€ to 60€

Individual sessions:
- adult rate: first session €60 then €50 for subsequent sessions.
- teenager/child rate: first session €50 then subsequent sessions teenager €45 and child €40.

Group sessions:
For individuals (max 5 pers) €15/pers, 1h on a theme chosen beforehand.
Or new Sophro-Balade which lasts between 1h30 and 2h, depending on the itinerary, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, in the morning at 8h30 then at the end of the day at 17h30.
Balade between Land and Sea to come and recharge your batteries in this magnificent natural setting and discover or rediscover sophrology in complete simplicity.
For groups and companies: rates and quotations on request.
Some mutual insurance companies finance all or part of the sophrology sessions.
