In 1962, the winegrowers of the village got together to produce and elaborate quality wines locally, and created the "Cave des Fouleurs de Saint Pons", which today has become "Les Vignerons du Plan de la Tour". It is the last one to have been constituted in the department of the Var and the only one to produce and market the wines of the commune.
