In the heart of a landscaped garden in the port du Niel, a 1962 villa houses part of Jean-Noël Drouin's painting collection, after two years of renovation.
A private exhibition space, the Musée du Niel is dedicated to forms of artistic expression from the second half of the 20th century, notably non-figuration and abstraction in post-war France (1945-1965).
Self-service sea-view restaurant with mérou du Niel on the museum terrace.
The museum organizes numerous events during its opening season to coincide with the exhibition: creative workshops for children and adults, Art Conversations with art historians, art and wine tastings, evening music and dance. Find out all about the program in the ticketing section of our website.
