The practice, coming straight from Finland, is to walk in the open air at a dynamic pace with specific sticks. A large part of the walker’s body muscles are used, making it a complete sport. Thanks to the equipment and mastery of the discipline taught by Yannick, the practitioners have an important stride rate and a dynamic and athletic look.
What to bring: Sportswear (breathable T-shirt, shorts or tights, rain jacket, low shoes with grip, water, backpack).
