Numéra Natura explores the tension between two worlds: nature, the source of life, and digital, a space of virtualization and reconfiguration.
Through this exhibition, Benoît Barbagli Vautier questions what remains human in the digital image, when the gaze is filtered by algorithms and pixels. This transformation is so profound that the episteme is displaced: truth is no longer an unshakeable structure of our relationship to reality, but becomes a decoded and re-encoded semantic vector.
