A fresh taste experience with POKAWA
POKAWA is a chain of restaurants founded by two globetrotters: Maxime and Samuel.

Our speciality? Gourmet Poké Bowls with exotic flavours, as colourful as they are delicious, made from healthy and tasty fresh produce prepared every morning in each of our Barakawas.

Halfway between Chirashi and Ceviche, the Poké Bowl is initially made up of marinated raw fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, all placed on a base of vinegared rice. Offering a wide range of recipes from savoury to sweet, we also give our customers the opportunity to create their own Poké Bowl to suit their tastes, appetites and diets Today, we have around a hundred Barakawas throughout France and abroad (Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal) In short, POKAWA combines travel, healthy food and a good mood.
