The Climate Plan is a territorial project that sets targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and atmospheric pollutants, cutting energy consumption and conserving resources. It defines a strategy and a programme of action to mitigate climate change and adapt to its already inevitable effects, in line with national and international commitments.
