Located a stone’s throw from the sea and pedestrian streets, the JR Bistronomie restaurant is a Parisian-style bistro concept.
We work fine dishes with a reduced menu from fresh and cooked products.

Our many trips have allowed us to learn original culinary techniques and to draw inspiration from recipes from elsewhere such as the Pavlova, the Koulibiac as well as the true oriental tabbouleh in which our Mediterranean touch is added.
Here it is the love of different spices, French sauces and the flavors of our course that you will find in your plates.
