Beausoleil is a tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur.
A town in bloom, it's a green amphitheater above the Principality of Monaco, between 40 and 560 meters above sea level. With the birth of Monte-Carlo, Beausoleil flourished.
Founded on April 10, 1904, the town experienced considerable demographic and economic growth, with its two casinos and cog railway. Winter tourism was at its height, with non-stop parties for the aristocracy. This "Belle Epoque" (1870-1920) favored the arts, while technical progress brought the comfort and well-being demanded by a demanding clientele.
