In the exceptional setting of Domaine La Tourraque, our morning begins with a peaceful stroll through vineyards and footpaths, with breathtaking views of Cap Lardier and Cap Taillat.
Then, in the shade of the umbrella pines, close to the iconic Briande beach, we roll out our carpets.
With the song of the cicadas in the background and the sea at our fingertips, we enter into a gentle, lively yoga practice, in harmony with the energy of the place.
