The Biscuiterie d’Azur has been established in Châteauneuf de Grasse since 2003.

The biscuit factory, which was conceived by Clementina Bento and Roland Litzler, specialises in high quality canistrelli, croquets, couronnes and Mediterranean navettes, which are made entirely by hand with the finest ingredients!

Taste our delicious Côte d’Azur treats, which are packaged in an exclusive metal box decorated by local artist Eric Garence, with the colours of the Côte d’Azur France brand.

Our deliciously crispy palets have a delicate lemon flavour and are hand-made at the heart of the Côte d’Azur using artisan know-how. Each step, from preparing the batter to shaping the biscuits, followed by packaging, is carried out with great care to guarantee authenticity, freshness and taste.

The Biscuiterie d’Azur is a true representation of the essence of culinary craft. Clémentina Bento and Roland Litzler have been using their experience and love of the Côte d’Azur since 2003 to offer their clients top quality products.

Each manufacturing step, from the batter preparation to the packaging of the finished products, is carefully carried out by hand in a human-scale workshop. Everything is carefully thought out, as the Biscuiterie d’Azur’s priority is ensuring quality at all times. Storage is also carefully managed, never exceeding 7 days to ensure maximum product freshness.

Today, the little Côte d’Azur manufacturer offers an exquisite selection of Canistrelli, croquants, couronnes and navettes, with a taste of the Mediterranean sun in each and every one of them. With every bite, discover delicate notes of anise, almond, orange blossom, lemon and many more. They are lovingly prepared in the region’s traditions, to provide the clients with an authentic gustatory experience.
