A festive season of sea, light and Canada’s Far North

Christmas in Mandelieu-La Napoule is a truly immersive experience. From 6 to 28 December 2025, Mandelieu-La Napoule will be offering a rich, family-friendly programme of festive events on the Côte d’Azur seafront, inspired by Canada’s Far North.

With entertainment on the banks of the Siagne, a Christmas market, children’s shows, creative workshops, festive concerts, a funfair and a whole village dedicated to winter flavours, Mandelieu is the ideal destination for a relaxing Christmas under the Côte d’Azur winter sun.

Christmas Markets in La Napoule & at the Estérel Gallery

The first highlight of the festive season takes place from 6 to 7 December 2025 with the La Napoule Christmas Market. It will take place in the Place de la Fontaine and the Saint-Fainéant car park from 10am to 8.30pm. Designers, jewellers, decorative items, gourmet treats and gift ideas will be on show, along with family entertainment including creative workshops, face painting, wooden games, mascot parades and Christmas shows. Father Christmas will be on hand for photos (10am-12.30pm / 2pm-6pm), while food-trucks and a catering area will welcome visitors all day long.

From 8 to 20 December 2025, the atmosphere continues at the Petit Marché de Noël de l’Estérel Gallery, in the heart of Mandelieu: jewellery, scented candles, leather goods, books, handmade creations, honey boxes and wood and cork engravings are all on show. There will also be a Christmas tombola (tickets €2 from participating retailers), with a draw on 20 December at 4pm. Two complementary events to prolong the magic of the festive season and support local businesses.

Christmas Village in Mandelieu

Place de France – 19 to 28 December

Located in the heart of Mandelieu-La Napoule town centre, between the town hall, the shops on Boulevard des Écureuils and the banks of the Siagne, the Christmas Village will be taking place from 19 to 28 December 2025 on the Place de France, which is easily accessible on foot and surrounded by car parks and transport links. In this large pedestrian esplanade, decorated like a small hamlet in Canada’s Far North, visitors will discover a warm atmosphere where wooden chalets, snow-covered fir trees and polar lights create a totally exotic setting. Open every day from 11am to 9.30pm (except at special times: 5pm-9.30pm on the 19th, 11am-5pm on the 24th, closed on the 25th, 11am-8pm on the 28th), the village features 10 gourmet chalets offering a real culinary experience:

  • winter sweets (crêpes, waffles, churros, pralines, artisan biscuits),
  • seafood products,
  • mulled wine, hot chocolate, cider, Canadian drinks,
  • sweets and treats for children

In the centre, the Cabane à Sucre du Canada (20 → 28 December, 1pm-7.30pm) celebrates Quebec traditions:

  • stories about maple syrup,
  • continuous live music.

Entertainment is in full swing all around the village, with :

    • mascot parades,
    • family shows (Christmas circus, Santa’s sleigh),
    • Chœur du Sud concert (23 December),
    • Father Christmas Brigades (24 December),
    • daily live aperitifs (7.30pm-9pm).

Families will also find Santa’s Village:

    • meetings and photos with Father Christmas (19 and 20-24 Dec.),
    • daily creative and culinary workshops
    • Christmas stories (26-28 Dec.),
    • face painting for children (26-28 Dec.).

Last but not least, the Place de France is also home to

    • a large roller rink (€6/hour),
    • a funfair running until January 3 (carousel, trampolines, duck fishing, maze…).

Between the sea, the hills of the Estérel and the spirit of Canada, this Christmas Village becomes one of the liveliest places on the Côte d’Azur in December: a must for a gourmet, luminous and magical Christmas in the heart of Mandelieu.

Aboard his decorated boat, Santa will sail down the river accompanied by illuminated boats, efoils and a Rowing Club rowing parade. The Merchants’ Association will be giving away gifts, and the Post Office will be setting up letter boxes for Santa to drop off his letter.

    The day’s stops :

    • 2pm – Port Inland (Bistro Inland l’Abordage, 701 av. Gaston de Fontmichel)
    • 3pm – Ilot du Golf Hotel pontoon (681 av. de la Mer)
    • 4pm – Electric Boat pontoon / Parking de la Pinéa (388 route de la Pinéa), then on to La Casa de Coco snack bar in Parc Robinson
