Ho, ho, ho… The magic of Christmas returns to Mougins from 1 December 2025 to 4 January 2026!
Once again this year, the village will be lit up with a rich programme including fireworks, Santa’s house, concerts, a Christmas market, shows, workshops, an ice rink, a miniature train and fun fairs. In short, the perfect atmosphere for an enchanted December in the Vieux Village, the Cœur de Mougins, Mougins-le-Haut and all the neighbourhoods.

    The countdown is on in Mougins!

    The magic of Christmas will take hold of Mougins from Friday 5 December!

    Join us at 5pm in the old village for the launch of the festivities… A chance to discover the brand new decorations for Santa’s House and the monumental cot set up at the Lavoir. On the programme: concert, launch of the illuminations and fireworks!

    The festivities will continue the following day, Saturday 6 December, with the celebration of Saint-Nicolas on the Cours des Arts and on Sunday 7, with the Christmas concert followed by a tasting of the 13 Christmas desserts. The following week, from the evening of Friday 12 December and throughout the weekend, the traditional and magical Christmas Market will be taking place in the old village, opening with a concert by the Mothers Claus! Dozens of stallholders will be on hand to offer gourmet and artisanal gift ideas. And don’t forget the children’s entertainment and, from 6.30pm, DJ Julien, with his selection of Christmas hits. A festive atmosphere guaranteed!

    We’ll be celebrating the holidays from the evening of December 19 with the Christmas Party and the opening of the ice rink at Mougins-le-Haut. During the holidays: a wide-ranging programme of activities and workshops will be on offer in the various districts of the municipality.

    Discover Mougins throughout the festive period:

    • Father Christmas House – Old bread oven – Village
      From 6 December to 21 December: open Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. 10am-1pm / 2pm-6pm and Fridays 5pm-8pm
      From 22 December to 4 January: open every day from 10am-1pm / 2pm-6pm
      Closed on 25 December and 1 January – Free admission.
    • The cot – Lavoir, Village
      From 6 December to the end of January: open every day from 10am to 7pm – Free admission
    • Ice rink – Place des Arcades – Mougins-le-Haut
      From 20 December to 4 January: open every day from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Closed on 25 December and 1 January – Free admission
    • Enchanted Christmas Garden and its little train – Jardin des Restanques
      From 18 December to 4 January: open from 10am to 7pm (see the full programme in the town diary)
      Little train open from 10am to 6pm (from 2 years old) – Ticket: €3
      Closed on 25 December and 1 January
    • Christmas Farmers’ & Craftsmen’s Market – Cours des Arts
      Every Sunday morning from 9am to 1pm
