Advent Festival 2024

Saturday, November 30, 2024, get into the holiday spirit at the 12ᵉ edition of the Fête de l’Avent, a not-to-be-missed event in Le Mas, a charming village nestled in the Haut-Pays Grassois. From 10am to 6:30pm, young and old alike are invited to celebrate the onset of winter and the enchanting start of the Advent period, a prelude to the Christmas festivities.

Highlights of the Day :
– Advent market and creative workshops from 10am.
– Christmas storytelling and festive musical entertainment.
– Opening of the 24 windows of the Advent Calendar.
– Warm sharing over hot chocolate.

Enjoy a Spanish inn, on-site catering, and convenient parking for a carefree experience.

41st Foire aux Santons

The Foire aux santons de Mouans-Sartoux is the oldest and largest santon exhibition in the Alpes-Maritimes department. With the participation of 23 santon makers from Provence.

Thousands of santons of all sizes, from the 2 cm flea to the 40 cm santon.

The fair also offers nativity scene accessories, books on the history and art of santons, paintable figurines, Provencal houses…

Practical information

Open daily from 2pm to 6pm.
Sunday December 08, day of the Christmas market, open from 10am to 6pm (closing between 12pm and 2pm), as well as Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 1, days of the M.C.E. fair trade Christmas market.
Free admission.
Organized by the Centre Culturel des Cèdres.

Saturday, November 30 from 09h to 21h: Marché de Noël de Saint-Antoine.
Rides, food stalls, Christmas decorations, refreshments, mulled wine distribution…
Local children’s choir, dance show, torchlight procession, fireworks, mass at the chapel…

Sunday December 1ᵉʳ from 10am to 5pm: Christmas market in the village.
Musical entertainment, snow cannon, photo with Santa Claus, mechanical reindeer, artists… Numerous stalls to delight your taste buds and stock up on gift ideas.

Sunday, December 1ᵉʳ, 9am to 5pm: Christmas Market.
Mini-fair, giant wooden games, inflatables, face-painting stand, visit from Santa Claus, torchlight retreat and fireworks.

LE TIGNET

Saturday, December 7, 11am-8pm: Christmas Market.
Around fifty food and craft stalls, entertainment and workshops for children, arrival of Santa Claus in a horse-drawn carriage, juggling and light show and fireworks.

SAINT-VALLIER-DE-THIEY

Saturday, December 7, 10am-6pm: Christmas Market.
Workshops, exhibitors, sound entertainment, catering… Santa’s House, Mini Farm, Face Painting, Creative Workshops, Christmas Show.

MOUANS-SARTOUX

Saturday, December 7, 7-9:30pm: Festival of Light.
Lantern sale, musical torchlight parade and fireworks display.

Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 10am to 8pm: Christmas Market.
Nearly 200 exhibitors offering gift ideas and delicacies. Entertainment with the long-awaited presence of Santa Claus. Organized by the Mouans Commerce merchants’ association.

Christmas in the Pays de Grasse, weekend of Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th December

GRASSE

Saturday December 14 (10:30am to 10pm) and Sunday December 15 (10:30am to 8pm): Christmas Market.
Stalls and food trucks, face-painting, parades and processions, meeting & photos with Santa Claus and candy distribution.

Sunday December 15 at 4pm: Christmas concert by Lei Baïsso Luserno at Église Saint-Hélène – Le Plan de Grasse.
Galoubets, tambourines, diatonic accordions, guitars, violins… Mulled wine and 13 desserts. With the singers and musicians of Baisso Luserno and their friends.

CABRIS

Sunday December 15, 9am to 5pm: Christmas market.
Around fifty local exhibitors in the village lanes. The market closes with a fireworks display from the Grand Pré.

PEYMEINADE

Sunday, December 15, 10am-6pm: Christmas Village.
Stalls dedicated to gifts and gourmet treats, music and mulled wine. Creative workshops and free children’s rides. Come and experience the magic of Christmas with your family in Peymeinade!
