Visit to the Exotic Garden of Monaco

REOPENING OCTOBER 2025

Built into the side of a cliff, the Jardin Exotique de Monaco offers breathtaking views of the Principality of Monaco and a chance to discover extravagantly shaped succulent plants, of which cacti are the most representative family.

A MUST-SEE: THE EXOTIC GARDEN OF MONACO

A breathtaking panorama of the Principality of Monaco.

Inaugurated in 1933 and boldly laid out on the side of a cliff, the Monaco Exotic Garden, covering an area of around 15,000 m², is home to a thousand species of cacti and other succulent plants that grow to gigantic sizes.

The Exotic Garden of Monaco is the kingdom of exuberance, the unusual and the surreal in nature.

During your visit, take time to admire its exceptional panorama of the Principality of Monaco and the French and Italian Riviera.

THE OBSERVATORY CAVE

Just a few metres from the Jardin exotique, discover the Grotte de l’Observatoire.

This prehistoric cave welcomes you 60 metres underground, and you’ll be amazed by the immense chambers decorated with stalactites, stalagmites and the most surprising limestone concretions, highlighted by lighting effects.

You’ll be amazed to learn from your guide that you’re below sea level. Practical information: it takes around 300 steps to climb.

SAVE MONEY WITH THE TWIN TICKET: 3 VISITS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!
