ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Festival Envie d’ailleurs aims to promote slow travel, ecological and sustainable travel for able-bodied and disabled people.
The aim is to showcase a new way of travelling: on foot, by bike, by kayak, in a converted van, by home exchange… all through meetings, round tables, conferences, film screenings, workshops and stands.
The aim of the festival is to bring together a community of travellers and outdoor sports enthusiasts around a single project, to showcase local places and encourage openness to the world.
The 3rd edition of the festival will take place from 6pm on Friday 12 April to 14 April2024 in Mouans-Sartoux. The town is just 5 minutes from the Cannes motorway exit, and is also served by train. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
The programme includes 11 inspiring films, 9 creative and relaxing workshops (yoga, forest bathing, introduction to watercolour painting, envelope notebook creation), a village of 50 exhibitors and a call to travel with meetings with notebook artists, travellers and vanlife enthusiasts.
