Preserving nature and biodiversity

The Port-Cros National Park is committed to protecting biodiversity so that it can be better discovered, and has introduced strict regulations. To combat poaching in particular, surveillance patrols are carried out throughout the year. Artificial intelligence has also been developed to enhance the remote surveillance system. The aim of this system is to improve the management and prevention of marine protected areas and sensitive natural areas to which access is restricted.
