The Musée Fernand Léger is a national museum dedicated to the work of the famous 20th-century French artist. The museum boasts the largest collection of works by the artist. A state-owned national museum with the Musée de France label.

The Musée d’Histoire et de Céramique Biotoises is an original formula, bringing together the interests of the commune, which owns the buildings, and the original association, which owns and manages the collections.

Situated between Biot and Valbonne, the Parc Départemental de la Brague covers no less than 480 hectares. Biot’s hiking trails reveal the best-kept secrets of the Mediterranean landscape.

At the entrance to the village of Biot, the street is covered in stalls and filled with the bustle of the Provencal market. From the main street to the Place des Arcades.

Every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, Biot’s Place des Arcades welcomes a new market dedicated to organic and local quality food.

The western part of the commune is part of the Sophia Antipolis technology park, covering around 1/3 of its surface area. A new demographic and economic boom, raising the commune’s population from 3,000 to 10,000.

Biot’s church, listed as a Monument Historique in 1984, was rebuilt in the 15th century, at the same time as the village, on the ruins of an earlier 12th-century Romanesque church, itself probably built on a Roman sanctuary.
