The conference is aimed at healthcare professionals, volunteers, or individuals who work with patients and their families in palliative care situations.
On the occasion of this conference, the scientific committee wanted to create a space for reflection and interdisciplinary dialogue in order to better understand how different specialities approach the specific challenges of palliative care, including in the early stages of the disease. Beyond medical and nursing approaches, this conference also aims to examine the perspectives of law and the humanities, which are essential for shedding light on the place of palliative care in our society, the legal frameworks that underpin it, and the ethical, social and cultural dimensions that permeate it.
