The current building is the result of the restoration of a large religious building and its decorative updating by the architect Charles Dalmas.
A first-class hotel, it benefits from both its proximity to the city and a wooded environment offering an exceptional view. Opened in 1908, it belongs to the private project of the Carabacel Hotel Park. From 1905, Emile Bieckert, an Alsatian brewer who had made his fortune in Argentina, built several hotels on the sunny side of the hill, nestled in a pine forest and connected by small paths.
