Located on the garden level, the flat offers a lovely green view and includes a private terrace and private garden.
A garden lounge set allows for pleasant evenings outdoors.

The layout is optimised:
- The entrance leads to a lounge and dining area with sleeping space for 2 (a 160 cm sofa bed), as well as a bedroom (160 cm bed), a shower room, and separate toilets.
- In the centre, accessible from both the living room and outside, is an independent kitchen that can be turned into an open-plan kitchen.
- All rooms open onto a spacious 40 m² terrace and a 44 m² private garden.

In the living area: a proper convertible sofa bed (160×200 cm) with a TV offering both TNT and Orange box channels.
The kitchen includes basic appliances:
- Dishwasher
- Induction hob
- Fridge
- Plus convenient extras such as: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, traditional coffee maker, conventional oven
- 5 kg washing machine
- Plenty of kitchen utensils
- Electric barbecue

The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.
