Situated at an altitude of 1600 m, on the edge of the Mercantour National Park, the Val Castérino inn is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Vallée des Merveilles and Fontanalba.

What could be better than to be back in nature, in the fresh air, in infinite space, with larch trees in their summer garb and marmots just around the corner? The inn is a friendly place to be in all seasons: in winter, you can warm up by the fire with a hot drink or a good meal, and in summer, you can relax on the terrace when you return from a hike in the Mercantour Park.
