Advice in the choice of your activities.
Flat in a very quiet area, mainly inhabited by Cavalairois living there all year round.
Very functional with everything you need, including for a long stay with a maximum capacity of 6 people (4 ideally to be comfortable). Particularly well exposed accommodation.
Reversible air conditioning is available for a fee of KWH consumed.
Covered terrace for outdoor dining.

Everything is possible in terms of meals thanks to a fully equipped kitchen
including coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a variety of kitchen utensils and all cutlery in duplicate.
The extras: blender, raclette and fondue machine, electric barbecue.

Possibility to ask for breakfast (see with the renter) :
- single = 5€ (hot drink + 1/2 baguette + Butter + Jam)
- complete: 10€ = the single + Honey + fruit juice. Croissant or chocolat croissant.

You will be the only occupants of this flat but we will be close by for any questions or interventions. Because we live in the house. It is with the greatest pleasure that we will be able to advise you in all the fields you deem useful.

For those who come by car, parking will be in front of the house.
For those who come by public transport. A bus will bring them to CAVALAIRE for only 3 € from TOULON train station or HYERES airport.
For those who will land in NICE or MARSEILLE, they will first have to take public transport to TOULON or SAINT RAPHAËL. Then the bus to Cavalaire. In general, we will pick up our tenants by car at the bus station in Cavalaire.
We can organise your transport to and from Cavalaire or, depending on availability, we can arrange transport directly from the train station or airport (see conditions with us).

Do not miss the beaches, the sea, the natural sites (national and regional parks) as well as all the tourist visits such as SAINT TROPEZ less than 15 km away, less far the historical villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud and the lake city of Port Grimaud .
Day trips to the Gorges du Verdon, the Calanques de Cassis, Marseille, Nice, Monaco (oceanographic museum or exotic garden) etc...
