AYURVEDA :
- Ayurvedic assessment to determine the Ayurvedic constitution of the person, follow-up of dietary rebalancing, advice on lifestyle and activities best suited to each person and possibly advice on treatments / massages as needed,
- Ayurvedic treatments and massages with hot oil (see description, duration and prices for each treatment offered),
- Ayurvedic cures with daily treatments, healthy diet, yoga and meditation,
- lectures on various ayurvedic topics,
- Ayurveda workshops.

The activities take place :
- at the Balcons du Port (above the Médiathèque de Cavalaire) on Fridays from 5pm to 6.15pm / Hatha yoga for adults and young people, Fridays from 6.15pm to 7.30pm - yoga for adults and young people
- at the Dojo of the Salle Ottavi: Wednesdays from 10am to 1.30pm: 2 slots for aerial yoga practice and Saturdays from 12pm to 1.30pm for aerial yoga practice
- At 224 Allée de l'Eglantine, 83240 Cavalaire sur mer - Hatha yoga and aerial yoga, ayurvedic check-ups and ayurvedic treatments/massages.
- in the vegetable garden of l'Usine, during the beautiful days of spring, summer and early autumn
