The kitchen opens onto the dining room, enhancing the convivial atmosphere of the place: an authentic ‘Provençal Vintage’ setting, small intimate tables or large ‘tables d'hôtes’, on a patchwork of old-fashioned cement tiles, vintage decor and the smiling staff, everything is in place to bring back the ‘café’ atmosphere that must have existed in the centre of the village, near the pétanque court, at the foot of the bell tower, a few years ago...
The menu, created by chef Michele Valsania with a touch from Daniel Ettlinger, long-time Michelin-starred chef at Clos St Pierre, changes with each season and showcases local produce in a fair and authentic way.
Short supply chains are favoured, and the proximity of the Le Marché de nos Collines agricultural cooperative, our neighbours at the Maison du Terroir, allows us to rub shoulders with producers and farmers directly and benefit from their advice, their products and their kindness.
