The 130m2 Villa Cytises is located in the "Boulouris Panorama" secure residence (Saint Raphaël).

Close to the beach (100 m from the sea and 150 m from Dramont beach).

The Résidence Boulouris Panorama offers seafront accommodation and is 150 metres from Dramont beach, 100 metres from
Pierre Blave beach, 250 metres from Aiguebonne beach, 150 metres from Garde Vieille beach, and 200 metres from La Pescade beach and Saint Raphaël beach.

There are several bathing areas, and the main beach is wide with sand and gravel. On both sides, there are small coves
among the rocks. On the left, continuing for 50 metres, there is a relatively large natural pool.
The environment is pleasant despite the presence of the road.
