As an artisan butcher's shop established in Sospel since 1986, we have always been committed to promoting local products and perpetuating traditional French know-how handed down through several generations.

Boucherie FRED expands its range to include charcuterie and delicatessen products. Fredéric instills his dynamism and passion for his trade in his team. He regularly trains his staff to develop new skills.
Frédéric combines a passion for his trade with a taste for good things, and it shows! He knows how to talk about his products. His good humor and boundless energy make you want to eat his butcher's specialties.
