Our valuation reports comply with the standards set out in the Charte de l'Expertise en Évaluation Immobilière, the European Valuation Standards (EVS by TEGoVA) and the Credit Directive 2014/17/EU. As a result, our valuations have legal force, are covered by Professional Civil Liability, are enforceable for tax and regulatory purposes, and are valid both nationally and internationally, as we are REV & TRV and TEGoVA accredited.
We also assist our customers with all the formalities required to obtain the classification of their property as a ‘Meublé de Tourisme’, a recognised quality label.
