Our city guest house has two beautiful rooms allowing us to offer a personalized, tailor-made service for a 5-star stay with a very complete breakfast, and numerous services and attentions for our guests.

We are Eric & Jonas and we like to welcome our guests in a warm and friendly way in our city guest apartment so that they keep the best memories of their stay in Cannes.

Our facilities and services offered are perfectly suited to a successful business stay or vacation stay. (Italian shower, welcome products and toiletries, bathrobes, kitchenette area, coffee machine, towels and beach umbrella, photocopier, very high-speed internet, 4K television with Netflix and Amazon video prime in each room, etc. .).

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a 2-minute walk from the Cannes la Bocca Provençal market, shops and numerous restaurants. Two supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away (intermarché and Casino).

The old town and the Palais des Festivals are located 12 minutes by bus, 3.5 km from our apartment.

The sea is 500 m away on foot and very easily accessible via an underpass from the market square. The market square bus station is served by 5 lines of the Palm bus company.

The Cannes la Bocca train station, located 10 minutes away on foot, provides easy access to all coastal towns from Monaco to Marseille.

We have several private parking spaces in a locked car park available free of charge to our customers.
