Located directly opposite the Palais des Festivals and the Port, this superb duplex apartment offers approximately 100 square meters of living space. Full of charm, it's chic and cozy, situated on the 4th and top floor. Facing south with no overlooking neighbors, it boasts exceptional views of the sea, the port, the Esterel mountains, and Le Suquet district. Located on a quiet, charming pedestrian square, it opens directly onto Rue d'Antibes and Rue Meynadier, and is just 2 minutes from all amenities: the Croisette, beaches, restaurants, the casino, and the Palais des Festivals!
Located on the 4th and top floor, facing south, Cannes Provencal Paradise is a particularly bright and exceptionally quiet duplex thanks to its high-performance insulation. Three large, framed windows beautifully showcase the splendid views of the port, the sea, the Palais des Festivals, the Esterel mountains, and Le Suquet. A fireplace adds to the elegant and cozy decor. With a Provençal winter garden ambiance, the kitchen takes center stage. A welcoming space, it opens generously onto the dining room and living room via a large Salerno earthenware counter. Heavily inspired by traditional Provençal farmhouses, it invites festive gatherings. With its beautiful, bespoke amenities, carefully refined decor, and generous proportions, the kitchen is a true living space.
Cannes Provencal Paradise offers a large and beautiful suite of approximately 20 square meters with a luxurious, fully fitted dressing room and an elegant private bathroom with a bathtub/spa/Jacuzzi for two people. It also features a bidet and private toilet. Electric "relaxation" beds are provided. Upstairs, a charming and very cozy attic space with two-hundred-year-old beams (low ceiling height) offers three beds. The bathroom is entirely tiled in Salerno earthenware and includes a private toilet and bidet.
As the owner and host, I will be delighted to welcome you, along with my son, to our little 4-star Cannes "paradise." You will be staying in one of Cannes' oldest bourgeois residences. This gives it a typically Provençal charm and a truly exceptional location. This "Provençal spirit" is reflected in its high-end amenities and elegant, cozy decor. The charm extends to the attic with its beams that are nearly two centuries old. Despite its top-notch amenities, this lovely little Provençal house (3 apartments) does not have an elevator. Furthermore, Cannes Provencal Paradise is not a "holiday club" but a residential residence. It is a place to live in its own right, and I sincerely hope you will feel right at home. As such, the relaxed, friendly, and festive atmosphere will prevail over any inappropriate behavior such as excessive drinking and partying, where anything goes!
If you're looking for an ultra-modern/chic loft—and therefore cold and impersonal, like those found in all the trendiest destinations—where you can party all night long without limits, then Cannes Provencal Paradise isn't for you!
In addition to high standards and elegance, we emphasize conviviality, charm, and refinement, which will make your stay a truly blissful experience!
