Carnet d'Inspiration du Mercantour is a concept store dedicated to creativity. It's a gourmet tea room open all year round, offering mainly ORGANIC products, as well as a boutique with a thousand finds.
In an eco-responsible move, Corinne Paolini, journalist and author of the book "Carnet d'inpiration du Mercantour" published in 2010, is returning to her childhood roots by creating a cultural café-shop in Saint-Martin-Vésubie, dedicated to heritage and creativity. Open all year round, this new meeting place, located on the site of the village's former patisserie, offers a number of delightful surprises for sale, as well as themed events: evenings, talks and inspirational workshops.
Specialities on offer: smoothies, milkshakes, cappuccinos with plant-based milk, homemade gluten-free chocolate fondant, old-fashioned French toast cake, cinnamon bread, organic cookies and cookies, charcuterie boards and local cheeses.
Carnet d'inspiration won the Prix du Commerce du Haut Pays 2023, awarded by the CCI.
