In the Nice hinterland, the farm school embraces the rolling slopes of Saint-Jeannet. Here, we are in tune with the ecosystem: on the edge of the forest, bordered by a stream, our land is blessed by the sun and protected by the surrounding nature.

We have been working in synergy with this land for over 20 years, always respecting its life cycle and passing on permaculture principles. The organic vegetable garden reigns supreme amidst the hives of natural beekeeping. The chickens participate in the composting cycle for soil regeneration and ecosystem balance.

The Farm is a place of discovery and experimentation. Explore nature and taste the flavors of our vegetable garden. Committed to sharing knowledge, we offer unique workshops: cooking with our vegetables and plants, gluten-free baking, fermentation, and vegan pastries.
