Head chef Hervé Gualano, with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business: La Table d'Aligre (Paris), La Fruitière (Paris), Les Poissons Rouges (Annecy), Romy (Saint-Laurent-du-Var), is opening a new restaurant, Casagala, at the port of Saint-Laurent. Sharing plates, homemade pizza, fresh pasta, Milanese escalope... pizzas will also be available for delivery.
And, as always, homemade cuisine in an authentic and welcoming setting.
