Now recognized as one of Corsica's finest voices, Jean Menconi is unlike anyone else, combining in a single voice the truth of traditional Corsican song with the contemporary accents of Anglo-Saxon pop-rock and his Italian origins.
With his guitar in hand and a talent for defending a part of Corsican identity and island culture, he performs throughout France and Europe, interpreting his deep songs, handed down from father to son, as well as his own compositions.
