A cooperative that has grown wings! In Bormes-les-Mimosas, one of the most beautiful villages in the Var, the cooperative is back in business. Trading in its old buildings for brand-new facilities, it now produces the finest wines.

THE CELLAR ADAPTS TO CONFINEMENT
Store open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The new cellar showcases our house wines and the many artisanal products associated with them. Today, the winery has 40 cooperative members.

THE WINES
* Grand Bormani Rosé - Côtes de Provence
Lovely fruity nose of lemon with a hint of grapefruit, fresh, elegant palate with lemon-grapefruit fruit, good length.

* Grand Ruquié Cuvée 1925 Rouge - Côtes de Provence.
A garnet-red, garnet-red color, a nose of licorice and red berries, this round wine is easy to drink and fat on the palate.

* Visit the estate/cellar: Thursday mornings at 10am, other days by appointment.
