Originally from the North of France, the South has conquered me. Over 15 years ago, I became a sports coach in France and abroad. I turned to yoga because of the signs my body was sending me.

I started practising in France and then abroad with different teachers. This unexpected discovery led me to India. There, I became a certified Yoga Alliance practitioner. Now it's my turn to pass on my knowledge, which I'm adding to every day. As recently, with the Gasquet method, which is completely respectful of the body.

I teach everyone, at all levels. The aim is to make you feel good and take time for yourself.

I also teach other fitness classes to help and support you in your quest for well-being, performance and weight balance. I also use small equipment to develop your strength and test your form. See you soon! Aurore
