During this course, singing is approached gently and through play. There is no question of jumping straight into the vocals. Singing begins with an awareness of the body. Then we have fun, we move around, we speak imaginary languages...
Confidence in oneself and in the group is built up.
Then, without really realising it, the sounds come out, we express ourselves differently, we play with our voice and it feels great!
Day 1:
Meet in the morning at the trailhead. The walk to the bivouac site will be an opportunity to meet, a gateway to the present moment.
On arrival at our little corner of paradise, Clarisse will set up activities to get in touch with the body and with the other participants. A moment to create a climate of conviviality and benevolence.
After the meal in the countryside, free time will allow you to enjoy the pleasure of being in nature.
Some somatic practice exercises will allow you to settle comfortably within yourself, vocal games will be proposed to you to slide gently towards spontaneous expression and improvisation.
In the evening, around the fire, according to your wishes, we will offer you the choice between a sound bath and group singing.
Day 2 :
In the morning, workshops to warm up and awaken the body will precede the rhythmic and vocal learning activities, always with joy and respect.
After lunch, we will head back to the camp, a time of integration.
Close to the arrival, we will take a last moment together to close the stay through a group exchange.

Small rucksack for personal belongings during outings
Waterproof jacket or umbrella
Warm clothes for the evening and summer clothes for the day
Hiking shoes
Warm duvet (we can lend you one if necessary)

Camera, binoculars...
