Domaine du Carrubier has been a family estate since 1974, surrounded by cork oak woods, umbrella pines and mimosas, just a stone's throw from Fort de Brégançon. The 25-hectare vineyard, all classified as AOP Côtes de Provence, enjoys a microclimate conducive to a powerful yet subtle expression of its privileged terroir. The terroir on which the vines flourish is one of the best in the appellation. Since it was acquired, the vineyard has been cultivated using integrated viticulture techniques, and has recently been awarded the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" label.
Respect for the environment is expressed through the use of traditional cultivation techniques: manual pruning, fertilisation that respects the organic balance of the soil, monitoring of drainage capacity, and cultivation that perpetuates the deep, deep roots of the vines.
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, with plot sorting, destemming, temperature control at every stage and specific methods to protect the aromas. The Domaine and its wines are monitored throughout the year by its consultant oenologist, Gilles Baude.
Exceptional wines are the result of our demanding and persevering approach to quality. Thanks to this constant quest for excellence, the wines of Château du Carrubier regularly win awards from the biggest wine events: Concours Général Agricole, Concours des Grands Vins de France Mâcon, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Guide Hachette, Wine Enthusiast...

The Domaine du Carrubier's 25 hectares of fully classified Appellation d'Origine Protégée Côtes de Provence vines are nestled close to the sea and the Maures hillsides in the 88 hectares of the estate. Its exceptional wines, Rosé, White and Red are the potent and faithful expression of this especially privileged soil.
Since its acquisition by the family, the Domaine du Carrubier has been run with great care. Both the vines and their surrounding environment are based on the Integrated Viticulture approach with a recent acquisition of the HEV Certification ( Haute Valeur Environnementale )
The use of the most recent equipment combined with a strict respect for traditional techniques of culture and wine-making: no chemical disbudding, no artificially added grass. Rather a fertilization process which respects the land's own organic equilibria, together with a constant maintenance of proper drainage, of effluent processing and mechanical cultivation which perpetuates the deeply rooted vinestocks.
The harvesting of grapes is done entirely by hand and bottling is done on the Domaine by a renowned mobile unit. All year around, the Château du Carrubier wines are managed by our Oenologist, Mr. Gilles Baude.
The Château du Carrubier wines are offered in a distinctive 75cl bordeaux type bottle with classical as well as stylish label which meet their refined and aristocratic character.
Our wine's high quality is regularly recognized by awards in the most internationally renowned wine competitions: Concours Général Agricole, Concours des Grands Vins de France Mâcon, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Guide Hachette, Wine Enthusiast etc...
