Château Malherbe

At the château, the constant search for excellence is a constant reality. Between hills and the seaside, the vineyard covers 20 hectares of plots with ideal sunshine and high thermal amplitudes between night and day. Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Rolle and Sémillon are grown in a reasoned culture excluding the use of chemicals.

"This cuvée offers enlightened amateurs harmonious and mature sharing wines, witnesses of privileged moments and exceptional pleasure. Preserved by an elegant dark glass, the Red, White and Rosé Malherbe are dressed in a very recognizable bottle with old forms For 40 years, they have worn the seal of their vintage applied by hand, revealing a delicate ribbon ". Powerful and complex aging wines (between 5 and 10 years).

* Cuvée Pointe du Diable
"From one vintage to another, Pointe du Diable will give rise to more or less iodized wines depending on the sea spray and the frequency of the rains, which will perfectly accompany shellfish and grilled fish. Bright reds, whites and rosés and stretched with a very nice balance between fruit and acidity, which gives them all their freshness.

* A vegetable orchard offering no less than 70 types of pear trees of forgotten varieties as well as apple, strawberry, apricot, and other Mediterranean vegetables.
* OLIVE OIL: Like every year, the 250 olive trees in the area have enabled us to produce our 200 or so bottles of olive oil which expresses itself in the mouth with character without ever lacking in pleasure!
