We are pleased to announce the reopening and change of management of our pizzeria in La Brigue. The experience of our chef, who combines Italian tradition with French know-how, and his delicious dishes will welcome you to our little corner of paradise, nestled between the Alpes-Maritimes and the Mediterranean. All pasta is prepared with high-quality flour and left to rise for 48 hours using "la biga" and autolysis techniques....
